Raychl Speigner is the Founder & CEO of Speigner Solutions. As an experienced fundraising professional, with 15 years in philanthropy, Raychl has built a career in securing grant funding, building funder partnerships, proposal writing, and grants management. Raychl has secured more than $10M in grant funding from foundations, corporations, and the government. In addition to fundraising, Raychl is systems-oriented and enjoys developing processes that help make the internal fundraising process more efficient and effective.

Raychl's previous experience includes serving as Development Director for Young Invincibles, a national nonprofit focused on policy and advocacy; fundraising for KaBOOM!, a national nonprofit focused on direct service; grants management at Case Western Reserve University - School of Medicine; and individual giving for The Ohio State University Athletic Department.

Raychl has a Bachelor's of Science in Sports & Leisure Humanities from The Ohio State University, a Master's of Science in Sports Management from California University of Pennsylvania, and an Executive Certificate in Sports Philanthropy from The George Washington University.
